Should it for some reason not be what you expected, we are more than happy to refund the item within 2 weeks after your order has been delivered to you. Please make sure that the item is returned in original condition and in its original packaging. Shipping fees and return shipping costs will not be covered by Lagom Home. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we have received your request we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and send us an email right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will handle the rest!

Sorry, all sale and discounted items are final sale and therefore do not qualify for return or refund.
